Sideshow just posted the 360 degree view of their upcoming 1:6 scale figure from the G.I. Joe line, Firefly. This is a great looking figure, and i’ll most likely be adding it to my 1:6 collection. Holy shit. If you like the Star Wars Expanded Universe and read comics (Star Wars: Legacy), then you’ll know who Darth Talon is. If you don’t, you might be amazed and want this piece anyway! Grow up in the 80’s? Then you were most likely a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fan of some kind. Whether you read the comic books, watched the cartoon, or both… TMNT was a MAJOR piece of 80’s cartoon/character history. So I was excited (to say the least) when last nights Sideshow Collectibles newsletter had the Donatello Comiquette up for pre-order.
There are two versions of the comiquette. The regular edition has a red bandanna (which is from the comic book style of TMNT, where they didn’t have individual colored bandannas), and the Exclusive version (which already sold out last night, i’m glad I got on that!) comes with a switch out head to display either the red comic book bandanna look, or the purple bandanna Donatello wore in the cartoon series.
